Looking back at the past winners of the 2024 CIPS C. Z. Wei Memorial Award (魏慶榮統計論文獎), it's clear they are all exceptional individuals. I have had the privilege of working with some of these winners, and I feel tremendous admiration for them. Since I first learned about this award during my master's program, I always thought it was an unattainable accolade for me. Therefore, winning this award and having my name alongside theirs is a great honor.
I want to thank my advisors, Prof. Mong-Na Lo Huang and Prof. ShengLi Tzeng, who provided direction and guidance throughout this paper. Furthermore, they tolerated my wilfulness during the process and helped me acquire the skills necessary to become a Ph.D. candidate. I am also grateful for the challenges I faced in the earlier stages of my life, which enabled me to perform well during my presentation.
